Advertising platform, not a booking agent

VRPN provides information and advertising for vacation rentals. VRPN does not own the listed homes, manage guest stays, or act as the merchant of record for vacation bookings. All booking, payment, cancellation and stay arrangements are handled with the relevant owner or authorized representative.

Listing information

Property information can change, including availability, rates, amenities and policies. Guests should confirm all material booking details directly before sending payment or agreeing to a reservation.

Homeowner submissions

Submitting an inquiry does not create an account, authorize publication, or purchase advertising. Any future paid membership will be subject to its applicable written terms and checkout disclosures.

Permitted use

Do not misrepresent ownership or authorization, interfere with site security, submit unlawful content, or misuse information obtained from the network.

Independent transactions

Travelers should verify a property and the person collecting payments before completing a booking. VRPN does not guarantee a stay or transaction.
