VRPN was established because we understand the challenges faced by vacation rental property managers, vacation rental investors and vacation rental owners in an extremely complicated and highly competitive market place. ..VRPN will examine each client situation on a case by case basis because each relationship must deal with resource constraints and objectives.
We begin each case with a profile that is designed to help us help understand your situation. Next, VRPN will study the profile and determine if there is a fit between our respective organizations. If appropriate, VRPN will proceed with an interview with you after the profile has been reviewed and accepted.
After the interview, VRPN will prepare a proposal that will confirm VRPN’s understanding and pricing of the project...Our goal is to see to it that our clients succeed. VRPN will not take on a project if we do not believe we can produce quantifiable results. Obviously, there are no guarantees but, a well thought plan with the right people will increase the odds of a successful strategy.
