LIVING ROOM AND FORMAL DINING ROOM HAVE HARDWOOD FLOORS AND PINE WALLS AND CEILINGS. 2 LARGE FULL VIEW SLIDING GLASS DOORS IN LIVING ROOM LETS YOU ENJOY OUTSIDE VIEWS ALL DAY LONG. WE HAVE ADDED A SECOND STORY DECK FOR MORE GREAT VIEWS, LISTEN TO THE WAVES ROLL IN WHILE YOU SLEEP! The sound of the waves rolling in and the sunset views will make your vacation one to remember! Additional Rate Information

No Parties Allowed! Security Deposit of $350 will be needed to hold reservation with completed rental agreement and Cleaning fee. $75 Cleaning Fee Security Deposit will be returned after property has been inspected for damage. We are a seasonal rental. All cancellations Must be in writing. Payment in Full Due 30 days prior to stay! This Cottage Can hold up to 6 Comfortably. rental agreement required Check in 3:30pm Check out 11am The owners are not responsible for any personal possessions lost and or stolen, any injury within the property, injury sustained while swimming and or engaging in water sports, while at the beach etc. ~ Upon check-out guests are expected to: Remove sheets and leave on floor in laundry room, Make sure all garbage is properly put in garbage receptacles outside. If extensive cleaning is needed by House Cleaner we will require additional charges. Vacate premises leaving it in a neat and tidy condition.-by 11 am. Please Note: Additional cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit for Extensive cleaning Angola on the Lake is in the Town of Evans and is west of the Village of Angola. The hamlet is located on the eastern shore of Lake Erie. ROUTE 5 TO BENNETT TO LAKESHORE HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED – Guest(s) agree that no more than the number of persons listed on the reservation agreement shall occupy the premise overnight. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of persons stated, the result will be a loss of total rent, security deposit and/or additional charge to your credit card. Guests shall not disturb or offend any neighbors, discharge firearms or use fireworks of any kind in accordance with State of New York.

We have provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We have beach towels, Sunblock, Beach Chairs, Blankets. Inside we have everything from condiments to cooking Utensels. We have Games for Adults & Kids. We have a small video library for use. We have Boogie Boards for use and Paddle ball . We have Internet. 2 parking spots New Stainless Steel Fridge and Stove.

*Sturgeon Point Marina is a public facility with water slips, dry docks, restaurant, restroom facilities, gas, oil, bait, ice sales, and 4 launch ramps. The marina is located at 618 Sturgeon Point Road, Derby, New York 14047. Call 549-0970 for fees.
